Matching pair of Romanian dolls most likely depicting a boyar and wife dressed in historic costumes. The male carries a sword and misses a headdress. The sword is attached to his inner clothing by a cord that goes through a hole in his mantle. 'Romania' is on both stands but labels are missing. Size around 23 cm without stand.
