Small dolls representing the Maori, the indigenous people of New Zealand. They are wearing a piupiu; a skirt traditionally made of flax. A tiki is a pendant worn around the neck, made of green stone or jade and is in the form of a foetus. Size 12 cm and smaller. No marks.

We are unsure about the date, possibly 1960’s or 1970’s but that is just a guess. Maker unknown.
