South Korea Doll Peasant Boy

Korean boy child doll with an A-frame back carrier on his back (Jige) which is used by farmers to transport large amounts of goods. A fortune pouch (Bokjumeoni) hangs from the waist. The doll is wearing baggy pants (Baji) which is part of the men’s Hanbok, the traditional Korean dress.

Postcard

No postcard available. There should be a nice postcard here that matches this doll, to show you how the people living in South Korea are dressed in their traditional costume.

There is nothing suitable in our postcard books at the moment, too bad!

Happy collecting,
