South Korea Wedding Dolls Hollyebok

Pair of dolls wearing Hollyebok, the hanbok for Korean wedding ceremony. The bride wears the Hwarot gown. With gold sticker on their stand which reads ‘Made in Korea’ along with some text in Korean language which translates to something like ‘Changlim Heung Business’ (according to Google Translate). The sticker with the tricolored taegeuk symbol reads ‘…Ministry of Commerce and Industry…’ (partly translated with Google).

Folklore is in the air… uhm… ear!

Postcard

No postcard available. There should be a nice postcard here that matches these dolls, to show you how the people living in South Korea are dressed in their traditional costume.

There is nothing suitable in our postcard books at the moment, too bad!

Happy collecting,
